Quickie update...

We are alive, we have moved 2 states away, we are unpacking. Pictures and updates to follow, but here is a quickie.

SC has had 2 teeth break through (yes, while we were moving...not something that I enjoyed) and had her checkup...she is average length, a little smaller than average in weight and head circumference.

SV was excited not to have a checkup and is loving the stairs in the new house. She has only fallen down the stairs twice...within the first couple of days, but she hasn't since, so we are hoping she'll continue the trend of paying attention to what she is doing.

SD had her checkup (she was SOOOO happy not to have any shots) and 96% of kids her age are taller than her and 70% weigh more (she's little). She is excited to start a new school towards the end of August.

S is unpacking, taking care of kids, getting used to a new house and STILL has not been up the canyon (we have been here 8 days now).

J is working, working on the honey-do list (which is added to daily...he doesn't care for that) and enjoying having his family around again. We sure did miss him too.

Picking fruit with Opa...last weekend.

SV & Opa on the ladder.

...the really tall ladder.

SD finding bugs.

...something she enjoys, and apparently, this year, more than picking fruit.

SV with her spoils.

BEAUTIFUL apricots.

SD has a tiny frog in her hands...but wouldn't open them enough for the picture.

Frog jumped out of her hands, onto the window. Camera focused on the ground outside instead of the frog on the window...hence, the blurry thing that resembles a frog.

SC chomping on Oma's hand.

Random picture that showed up on Oma & Opa's camera...I wonder who took it??

Oh what do you do in the summertime...

...pick stuff up off of the ground?

...oh gee, look what I've found!

Yes, remnants of water balloons.

...and they're back to H for more.

...forget H, we'll help ourselves.

The girls found some water balloons on clearance at the store and I gave in...thinking they would be incentive/motivation to be good (hey, with 3 kids and a husband 700 miles away, I am desperate). Anyway, they had a blast. 40 or so down, 360 more to fill up and pick up the tiny pieces to throw away. They are great at cleaning up.
