Larsen's Apple Barn, a favorite from this year, has great apples...we got Winesap & Granny Smith as well as some pears. The girls convinced Oma to take a closer look at the water wheel they had.
Oma was explaining how a water wheel worked as the girls gazed intently. They would have watched it for a while, but we needed to get the apples.
Of course, another sidetrack that just made me laugh. The girls heard water running beneath the grate, so we had to inspect as we headed back across the parking lot.
Finally, off to the store area to get those apples and pears with Opa
